Alexander Kloosterman | Chairman

Alex was raised in nearby Cavan, but currently lives in Peterborough with his wife Rebecca and his two daughters. He serves as Lead Pastor of Hill City Baptist Church. Alex graduated from Trent University with a History degree and is currently attending Toronto Baptist Seminary, where he is pursuing his Master of Divinity. He has a passion for preaching the gospel and engaging the current cultural philosophies with scriptural truth. As a pastor, Alex is working to spread the vision among believers for a Classical Christian education.


Benjamin Inglis | Vice-Chairman

Ben was raised in Peterborough and serves as an elder of Hill City Baptist Church. He has been a promoter of Classical Christian education since before the inception of the school, and his advocacy encouraged its initiation. He and his wife, Mel, have three children, whom they are currently homeschooling with a Classical Christian approach: Azriel (grade 3), Hudson (grade 1) and Talia (JK).


Meghan Visser | Secretary

Meghan was raised in Cobourg, Ontario and moved to Peterborough to attend Trent University where she graduated with her B.A. (honours) in English Literature and Philosophy. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in English. Meghan is excited to continue learning more about Classical Christian education as she serves the KCCS community.
